Contracts and Bids

Contract files for each cooperative agreement are available for schools to download or print for their records and audit preparation. Each file documents the full solicitation process, including the public advertisement, vendor responses, evaluation, and contract award. Together, these records show that the procurement met all requirements of West Virginia Board of Education Policy 8200. Keeping a copy on file lets schools show auditors that purchases made through these contracts were competitively and properly procured, so they do not need to repeat the bidding process themselves.

For national APEA vendors, documents can be found on the AEPA website (https://aepacoop.org/bidding-information/). Documentation is tracked by year, and all contracts are at most four years old.
